Negotiating offers

Offers that we receive will be forwarded onto you at the first available opportunity, and confirmed in writing usually the next working day.

It is a requirement that you respond to any offer received for your property. It is at this stage that of negotiation that we will find out more information regarding a potential offer such as any chains involved, financial circumstances and likely  timescale until completion.

These details will usually be included in your formal offer letter from us.

With any property negotiation, information we provide concerning potential transactions isn't guaranteed and the potential buyer could make changes at any time until contracts are exchanged.
