Our tenant finding fee costs just £270.25 including VAT when purchased with our tenancy management service.

From just £9.50 including VAT a week we can offer a fully managed service including:

  • Arrangement of Gas and Electricity Safety Certificates
  • Liaising with utility suppliers and council tax office
  • Collection and forwarding of rent to your bank account
  • Management of any repairs and ongoing property maintenance
  • Regular property inspections for cleanliness or damage
  • Monthly statements of account
  • A dedicated account manager (If requested)
  • Access to our low cost rent guarantee insurance

We also offer a tenant finding only service for just 1 months rent if not taken with our tenancy management service.
