Accepting an offer

If you receive an offer that you find acceptable then Haus-Shop.com will check the status of the potential buyer. This will involve checking on any chain they are involved in and in some cases liaise with their mortgage lender to ensure they can meet the offer.

You may need a solicitor or conveyancing specialist to act on your behalf for the duration of the sale. Once all of this information has been provided to these professionals, we can then make a decision with you if its appropriate to stop marketing your property to other potential buyers, or if we should leave it on the market until the date of completion just incase an agreed sale falls through.
