We will discuss with you the best time and day of week to show your property and try our best to ensure that we fit viewings into these times to suit you.

Many considerations need to be made including, your normal work patterns, car parking, traffic levels and light levels.

A route will be established through the property to ensure that no important points are missed. This also ensures that the last part of the property they see is carefully selected by us to give a positive last impression before the viewer leaves the property.

Viewers like to have time to take in all the aspects of the property and not feel intimidated. As such its important to give them time and space to themselves to look round at their leisure. Therefore it is advisable not to loiter around the corner but try to remain in ear shot, always ensuring your personal safety at all times.

Try and say goodbye in an area that gives the most impact. A good last impression is as important as a first. Answer any questions they may have honestly. By this time your property will have done much of the talking so avoid spoiling it by ending on an awkward note.
