It is essential to accurately forecast the financial side of your move. Whilst a general picture of the local market place can be gathered from local newspapers and property portals, you will need the services of an estate agent to triangulate an accurate value.
To ensure that we can establish an accurate and true value for your property, we will arrange a suitable time to meet with you at your property. It will take between 30-60 minutes for the average house to complete a full valuation and will involve a detailed inspection of the property.
We will discuss your specific needs, market forces and demand in your local area. From this we can advise you on the value range of your property and anything that you could do to enhance its sales potential and value.
If you don't agree with our valuation or it differs from other agents tell us and we can then discuss the pros and cons of value re-alignment and market your property the way you want.
