1) From £399 including VAT Haus Shop Choices - The commission free option

• Keep control of your costs and just pay for the things you want. Use our pick and pay menu when you put your property on the market and you could save thousands of pounds compared to commission based deals from other estate agents.

2) Haus Shop Standard 0.9% including VAT The No sale No fee option.

• With our low commission deal you could save thousands compared to other estate agents who might charge up to 2%! As a web based agent we can market your property worldwide for less.

Is there a catch ?

Absolutely not, we are so confident of our Choices price plan that we won't tie you into a sole agency agreement, you are free to market your property with other agents at any time. Payments for Haus-Shop choices are due up front upon commencement of marketing and are non-refundable. Should you decide to use dual agents then you need to check to see if the other agent will charge you even if we sell your property.

Our Standard option is "no sale no fee" and is payable upon completion of sale. However as this is a "no sale no fee" agreement it carries a 12 week sole agency agreement.
